GnuTuxSoftRevolution v1 300x240 GNU/Linux User Group Howrah ChapterThe GNU/Linux User Group – Howrah Chapter (GLUG-Howrah) was formed by a group of Common Computer users in June 2003,  to bring awareness among general computer users about the concept of using pirated and non-pirated operating systems and software. Not only that, we hope to make the use of GNU/Linux simplified i.e., no Computer Users should remain illiterate about simplified Free and Open Source Applications and Operating System.

GLUG-Howrah is a non-profit seeking organization driven by volunteers from different professions as well as students from different streams. We organize Free Seminars and Workshops from time to time. If anyone want to be a member or volunteer, the only criteria is  “He/She should be in Love with Computers” , and feel free to join our forum / Question-Answer Section to participate actively.
